Couture Fall 2010: Efflorescence & Edenic in Paris with Christian Dior
Makes sense for them to be clustered -in-bloom- sauntering about in the gardens I thought. Burgeoning anew with unfolding petals of 'tulle overlaid with gloriously colored swags of organza'. Pale duck-egg-blue mohair, domes of effloresce, copper orange, outbloom, prospering, thriving, unfolding. Bloom: flourish. Lavender pads, petals; taffeta petioles in blue-violet, Iris-blue, Ultramarine and Egyptian blue. Scales, stalks, fronds, feathering, dégradé de couleur. Cellophane.
