Flexible, soft; made of manufactured, treated compounds: chemical, ersatz, false, manufactured, pseudo, substitute, synthetic, unnatural. Adaptable; alterable, changeable, compliant, conformable, malleable. Balloon; billow out; bloat, blow up, bulge, dilate, distend, enlarge, expand, inflate, puff out, swell.
